@ctweebeeI Sorry for your families past misfortune with governments. We are part Native American, so my family is also familiar with them. The Trail of Tears ended many of my ancestors on one side. Governments rule by FEAR & you are correct concerning their nature. But, “It is less of a problem to be poor, than to be dishonest” & “The weakness of the enemy makes our strength”. @NathanHaleLives The US antitrust law is a body of laws that prohibits anti-competitive behavior (MONOPOLY) and unfair business practices. Antitrust laws are intended to encourage competition in the marketplace. These competition laws make illegal certain practices deemed to hurt businesses or consumers or both or generally to violate standards of ethical behavior. Competition is not egoism and the most deplorable error committed by socialism is to have regarded it as the overthrow of society.

@rross27 Could be, but I’m half French/American by first the British removing my ancestors by force from Nova Scotia, making them instantly destitute. Then the Americans buying the Louisiana Territory and making my ancestors American citizens. This time they couldn’t remove them by force because Jefferson was forced to purchase the Territory, not just New Orleans. Jefferson didn’t want to buy the “Territory” because it would validate the French’s right to settle there. Je suis Acadian!

@NathanHaleLives How in the hell is Communism, “sharing & caring for other people” when it killed over 100 million people in the 1900′s alone? You sound like Obama. Competition in a fair & free market is what creates all the marvelous innovations we have today. @dishesdealer417 I will tell you a little about American history that may blow you mind. The Red-Coats in the Revolutionary War were mostly Hessian Troops (Germans) not British. They were hired by Rothschild’s Bank of England to fight against us. Many of these Germans became disillusioned with The Crown, took off their Red Coats, threw them down, and became American farmers. 50% or more of the US population is of German descent. So WW2 was actually another civil war, brother against brother!

Marxism failed because it failed to properly reward the productive factors of the economy. Within the system existed production quotas. Quality control did exist, but was overlooked via bribery and other forms of coercion. Labor worked to fulfill a quota & the result of all this was junk products due to no pride in ones work. Marxism kills hope, creativity & makes us bricks in the wall!
